Log in at publishers.ppcmate.com and open Payments. Your payout methods and your tax and company details are both managed there.
Change where we send your money
Saved methods can't be edited, so add the new one and remove the old one:
- On Payments, find the Payout methods card and click Add method.
- Choose Wise, PayPal, USDT (TRC-20), Bank wire or Custom (for another provider, such as Payoneer, with a label you choose).
- Under Payment details, enter where the money should go: IBAN, email or wallet address, plus any notes. Click Add.
- Remove the old method with the delete icon next to it.
A method that's attached to a payout request still waiting to be paid can't be removed until that request is paid or rejected. When you request a payout, you choose the method in the request window.
Payment details are stored encrypted. Our finance team only sees them when paying you.
Change your tax or company details
Update the Tax & company details card on the same page (legal name, country, address, tax ID, VAT ID and tax form) and click Save details. These must be complete before you can request a payout.
Change your login email or password
Go to Settings.
Double-check new details before you save. Money sent to details you entered can't always be recovered. Need help? Write to finance@3dma.co.
