We recommend that you don't. Your API key gives full access to your account. Anyone who has it can see your data and change your campaigns. To work with other people, give each person their own login with Multi-User.
Working with a team or an agency
- Click your profile picture at the top right, then Multi-User.
- Click Invite User and enter the person's name and email.
- They get an email invitation to set a password.
Each invited user gets their own login to the same account. They see the same campaigns, creatives, balance and reports. Because each user has their own login, they can create their own API key on the API Access & Guide page. Nobody needs to share yours.
To end the collaboration, click Remove next to the user. Their access ends immediately, and your campaigns and data are not affected.
Keep in mind that an invited user has full access to the account. Only invite people you trust with your campaigns and balance.
If you do connect a third-party tool
- Only paste your key into tools you trust and control.
- Never post it in public places like shared chats, code repositories or screenshots.
- When you stop using a tool, or if you think the key has leaked, click Renew on the API Access & Guide page. The old key stops working immediately, in the REST API and in the AI Connector.
You are responsible for everything done with your account, including actions taken with your API key.
