Keeping your account secure

Your PPCmate account holds a spending balance, so it's worth a minute of attention.

Sign-in alerts

We email you when your account is signed into from somewhere new. If you get an alert you don't recognise, change your password immediately and contact support.

Active sessions

Your profile shows where your account is currently signed in. Review it occasionally — especially if you've used a shared or public computer — and sign out anything you don't recognise.

Team access

Use Team to give colleagues their own logins rather than sharing one set of credentials. Shared logins make sign-in alerts meaningless and leave you unable to tell who changed what.

API keys and the AI Connector

Treat both like passwords. Don't paste them into shared documents, screenshots or third-party tools you don't control. If a key may have been exposed, rotate it.

Good habits

  • A password you don't use anywhere else.
  • Your own login per person — never a shared one.
  • Act on sign-in alerts rather than dismissing them.
  • Keep the email address on the account current, since that's where alerts and balance warnings go.
