When your balance runs out, your campaigns stop delivering. We try hard to warn you before that happens.
Balance alerts
We email you as your balance gets low, so you can top up before delivery is interrupted. These go to the email address on your account — keep it current, and check that our mail isn't landing in spam.
Topping up
Go to Add Funds in the left menu. Instant methods (card, PayPal, crypto) credit your balance right away; manual transfers (Wise, Payoneer, Capitalist) are credited once the transfer lands. See What payment methods do you accept?

If your campaigns already stopped
Add funds and your campaigns resume — you don't need to rebuild anything. If they don't pick up within a few minutes, run Campaign Health Check, since balance may not have been the only thing holding them back.
Avoiding the interruption
- Keep a buffer above your daily budget rather than topping up to the exact amount.
