If a campaign was running normally and then stopped, the most common causes are:
- Account balance reached $0. Spend is deducted continuously as your campaign delivers; once the balance hits zero, delivery stops immediately even if the campaign itself is still "Active". Check your balance and add funds to resume.
- Daily or total budget reached. The campaign will automatically pause delivery once its budget cap is hit for the day (or overall), resuming the next day if it's a daily cap.
- Campaign end date passed. Check the campaign's flight dates.
- A creative was disapproved after re-review. Occasionally a previously approved creative can be flagged on a later review pass; check your creative status.
If none of these apply and delivery is still stopped, contact support with your campaign ID and we'll investigate.
