Your Dashboard is the first screen after login. It's built to answer one question at a glance: "is everything healthy?" It counts all your advertising in one place: our own formats (Pop-under, Push, Display, Native, Video) plus your Google, Microsoft Search, Facebook, Instagram and ChatGPT campaigns.
Date range
Pick a period at the top right: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month, Last 365 days, or your own dates. Every card follows it, in the timezone set on your profile.
The headline numbers
- Impressions, Clicks, CTR and Spend: each with a small trend chart and a comparison to the previous period (for example "vs previous 7 days"). CTR is total clicks divided by total impressions.
- Conversions, Conv. Value, ROAS and Net Profit: your results, once conversion tracking is set up. Conversions is a single number covering every format and channel. Net Profit is conversion value minus spend.
Where your traffic comes from
- Map: traffic by country. Click a country to see its device and format split.
- Technology and Media: your traffic by device and by ad format or channel.
Top lists
- Campaigns: your biggest campaigns. Click a name to open it, or More Campaigns for the full list.
- Apps & Domains: the sites and apps your budget goes to. Full Report opens them in Reports.
- Supply Partners: where your traffic is bought. The link takes you to Traffic Quality.
- Placements: your top placements. This is the fastest route into optimization: spot one taking spend without results and act on it, or use AI Search to build a targeting list.
Traffic quality
The strip at the bottom shows how many invalid or bad events we filtered out of your traffic in the period. You aren't charged for filtered events. How does this work? explains the checks. See also How does PPCmate protect my campaigns from fraud and bot traffic?
New account? The Get started card
New accounts see a Get started checklist at the top: Verify your email, Add funds, Create your first campaign, Upload a creative and Go live. Steps tick themselves as you complete them, and each open step links to the right page. You can minimise or close the card, and it stays that way on every device you sign in from.
If a card is empty
An empty card usually means there's no data in the selected period, not a broken campaign. Widen the date range first. If it's still empty and you expect delivery, see Why are my stats showing 0 in the dashboard?
For anything deeper, use Reports. See Using Reports: filters, saved views and bulk blocking.
