Using Reports: filters, saved views and bulk blocking

Reports (in the left menu) is where you go beyond the dashboard. You can break your results down any way you like, filter them, export them and act on what you find. The page has two tabs: Performance for delivery and cost, and Conversions for your tracked conversion events.

Building a report

  1. Set the dates in the toolbar. Reports use the time zone on your profile.
  2. Under Dimensions, choose how to split the data, for example Date, Hour, Campaign, Creative, Country, Device Type, Ad Format, Ad Network (our own network vs Google, ChatGPT and the other channels), Keyword (for search campaigns), Domain, Root domain, SubID, Site ID or Bundle.
  3. Under Columns, pick the metrics you want to see, such as impressions, clicks, CTR, spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS, ROI and viewability.
  4. Click Apply. Use CSV to download the result.

Filters

Click Filters to narrow the report by Orders, Campaigns, Creatives, Countries, Device Type, Supply Partners, Sub ID or Ad Format.

  • Each filter has an Include / Exclude switch. For example, you can show every country except the ones you pick.
  • Orders, campaigns, creatives and supply partners are listed newest first, so what you just created is at the top.
  • Minimums hides rows that are too small to judge, for example "Hide rows with fewer than 100 clicks". Add more conditions with Add condition (AND).

Saved views

Checking the same thing every day? Set up your dimensions, columns and filters once, then save them under Views with Save View (for example "My daily check"). Pick the view next time and everything comes back as you left it.

Blocking placements straight from a report

When your report is split by Domain, Root domain, SubID, Site ID or Bundle, you can tick rows and use Bulk action:

  • Add to global blacklist: blocks them on all your campaigns.
  • Add to this campaign's blacklist: blocks them on the chosen campaign(s) only. If the report has no Campaign dimension, you'll be asked which campaigns.
  • The matching Remove from… options undo a block.

Blocking a Root domain also blocks all of its subdomains. Rows that are already blocked are marked Blocked. You can review everything later under Blacklists.

The Conversions tab

This tab shows your conversions by the tracker they came from (Lead, Sale and so on), with Conversions, Event Value and Cost / Event. You can split them by Date, Tracker, Campaign ID, Creative ID, SSP ID and Country. If it's empty, check your postback setup. See Supported Macros.
