AI Optimization is an opt-in autopilot for a campaign. When it's on, PPCmate works on your campaign every hour, steering spend toward the traffic that converts.
What it does
- Reads the conversions your tracker reports back to us.
- Every hour, it blocks sources that spend without converting, removes countries with a poor cost per acquisition, and nudges bids toward profit.
- Logs every action it takes on the Automations page (Campaigns → Automations), so nothing it does is hidden from you.
- Creates a conversion tracker for you when you switch it on and the campaign doesn't have one yet.
Choose its goal
When you switch it on, pick an AI Goal:
- Maximize profit also removes losing countries and steers bids.
- Find converting sources keeps supply broad while it learns what converts.
- Receive maximum traffic keeps supply broad and focuses on volume.
What it costs
+10% of spend while it's on. The fee appears in Billing as AI Optimization fee. Switch it off and the fee stops.
Before you turn it on
AI Optimization needs conversion data to work with. It starts acting once conversions come in, so set up your postback first, or it has nothing to optimize against. If you aren't tracking conversions yet, Bidding Goals or Automated Rules are better places to start.
Where to find it
On the campaign page, at the top next to Status: switch on AI Optimization and choose the AI Goal. Campaigns with it on show an AI tag in your campaigns list.
AI Optimization is available on PPCmate's own formats: Pop-under V2, Push, Display, Native and Video. Google, Microsoft, ChatGPT, Facebook and Instagram campaigns use those platforms' own bidding instead.
The AI Campaign Wizard never switches it on for you. It's always your choice.
