Yes. On a paid plan you can run your platform on your own domain — for example ads.yourbrand.com — from Settings → Domain & URLs in your console.
What can carry your domain
| Surface | Who sees it | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Advertiser platform | Your advertisers | ads.yourbrand.com |
| Admin console | You and your team | panel.yourbrand.com |
| Click & conversion links | Click and postback URLs | track.yourbrand.com |
| Creative & asset host | Creatives on publisher pages | cdn.yourbrand.com |
| Bid endpoint | Your supply partners | rtb.yourbrand.com |
How to connect it
- Point DNS at us — add the CNAME (or A record) shown at the top of the page at your domain provider.
- Save the hostname in its row.
- Run the test — it checks DNS, attachment and the certificate, and tells you what's missing.
- We issue SSL — usually within a business day. The row then shows Connected.
On trial
Your free address (yourname.whitelabeldsp.com) always works and carries your branding. Your own advertiser platform, admin console and bid-endpoint hostnames need a paid plan; tracking links and the asset host can be set up on trial.
Good to know
Tracking links, the asset host and the bid endpoint can be set up and tested now; we switch the traffic over on our side, and the row says so until then. Once your domain is connected, your branded emails and sign-up links use it too.
