Is there a limit to the number of API requests allowed per account?

The PPCmate REST API doesn't set a fixed request quota per account right now. Please use it reasonably. Our Terms of Service don't allow use that could overload or disrupt the service.

Good practice

• Don't poll too often. Checking stats or your balance every few minutes is plenty for most tools.
• Ask for more in one call. A single report can group by date, campaign, country and more at once, so you don't need one request per campaign.
• Use paging when you list campaigns (page and size) instead of fetching everything over and over.
• Retry calmly. If a request fails with a 5XX error, wait a little before you try again.

Where limits do apply

• AI Connector (MCP): every call through the connector is rate limited per minute. If you reach the limit, wait a moment and try again.
• Some AI features have their own limits. For example, you can run only one AI Search at a time, and AI creative generation has an hourly limit. The app tells you when you reach these limits.
