Do I need a LinkedIn, Microsoft, Google or Meta ad account?
No. PPCmate runs the campaigns for you and charges your PPCmate balance. That includes LinkedIn Ads from PPCmate, and Microsoft Audience, whose company, industry and job targeting uses LinkedIn profile data inside Microsoft Advertising.
Can I target a job title like "CFO"?
Yes, on LinkedIn Ads: pick job titles, plus seniority, skills, companies and industries. Microsoft Audience targets job functions (for example Finance), companies and industries, but not exact job titles.
Which countries work?
Microsoft Audience's profile targeting works in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France and Germany. LinkedIn Ads use the countries you pick on the campaign. Customer lists work wherever the campaign runs.
What does a B2B click cost?
More than a consumer click, because many advertisers compete for the same decision makers. Microsoft Audience needs at least $0.30 per click and $5 a day. LinkedIn needs at least $3.00 per click and $5 a day. Start with a realistic bid and watch delivery for a few days.
How many people does a list need?
At least 300. Google needs about 1,000 matched people for Search and about 100 for Display.
Why did only part of my list match?
Networks match on the e-mail people use with them. Work e-mails match less often. That's normal for B2B, see Customer lists explained: privacy, hashing, consent and match rates.
Do you store my contacts?
Only SHA-256 hashes of the e-mail addresses. Readable addresses and other fields are never stored. See Customer lists explained: privacy, hashing, consent and match rates.
Can I use a list I bought?
No. Lists must be your own contacts who agreed to hear from you. Bought lists break the networks' rules.
What happens if I disconnect HubSpot (or Apollo, or Dealfront)?
The key is erased and the audience is deleted, also from Google, Microsoft and Meta. Nothing changes in your CRM. See Disconnecting a data source: what gets deleted.
Does Dealfront cost extra?
Dealfront charges its own credits for contacts you haven't opened in the last 12 months. See Connect Dealfront: sync a Dealfront contact list.
Do I need a paid plan with my CRM or data tool?
HubSpot works with a private app token on any plan. Apollo.io's API needs a paid Apollo plan. Dealfront charges its own credits, see Connect Dealfront: sync a Dealfront contact list. ZoomInfo is coming soon; until then, export a CSV and upload it as a contact file.
