Each list shows a status for every network it's used on. Find it on the Audiences page (hover over the list), in the list's upload window, and in the campaign form's Customer Lists section.

Microsoft and Facebook & Instagram

While a source shows Reconnect or Needs you, your campaigns keep using the last good list.
