Why not yet: ZoomInfo's licence terms don't allow customers to share their API credentials with another platform. We need a formal integration with ZoomInfo first, and we'll update this article when it's ready.
What to do now
- In ZoomInfo, build or open your contact list and export it as a CSV with the e-mail column included.
- In PPCmate, go to Audiences → Connect Audience Data, click Upload e-mails on the Any file tile and upload the file. See Contact list file (CSV): format and upload.
- To refresh the audience, export again and use Upload a new file to replace the list.
Exporting from ZoomInfo may use ZoomInfo credits, depending on your plan.
