Track sales from your WordPress or WooCommerce site

The PPCmate plugin sends your orders and form leads to PPCmate, so you see which ads bring sales. It takes about two minutes and needs no code.

What you need

  • A WordPress site (6.4 or newer). WooCommerce is optional.
  • A PPCmate advertiser account.

Set it up

  1. In PPCmate, open Connected Apps and click Connect on the WooCommerce / WordPress tile.
  2. Click Download plugin.
  3. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip file and click Activate.
  4. In WordPress, open PPCmate in the left menu and click Connect with PPCmate.
  5. PPCmate opens. Click Approve. You go back to WordPress and see Connected.

That's it. Your campaigns' landing pages get a click ID added automatically, so you don't need to change your ad links.

What gets counted

Source Counts as
WooCommerce orders A sale, when the order is paid (processing or completed). The value is the order total without tax and shipping. You can change this in the plugin.
Full refunds The sale is taken out of your reports.
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro forms A lead

Each order is counted once, even if your site sends it twice.

Check that it works

In WordPress → PPCmate → Health, click Send test conversion. The line above the button should show the test with the result not from an ad. That's correct: a test has no ad click behind it. Real orders that come from a PPCmate ad show as counted.

Privacy and cookie banners

  • The plugin sends only the order number, the amount, the currency and a short click reference. It never sends names, e-mails or addresses.
  • If you use a cookie banner that supports the WP Consent API (for example Complianz or CookieYes), the plugin waits for marketing consent before it saves the click reference.
  • No cookie banner? Under Privacy you choose whether to track always or never before consent.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect in WordPress or on the tile in PPCmate. Nothing is sent after that. Past conversions stay in your reports.

Good to know

  • Sales show in your reports on the campaign and placement that brought the click.
  • An order with no PPCmate ad click behind it is not counted.
  • Partial refunds don't change your reports.
