Which ad format should I choose?

PPCmate X offers 13 ad formats. Five run on PPCmate's own ad network. The other eight run on Google, Microsoft, Meta and ChatGPT, and PPCmate builds those campaigns for you. You pick the format first, under Campaigns → New Campaign → What are you running?, and it can't be changed after you save, so it's worth choosing carefully.

Google, Microsoft, Meta and ChatGPT campaigns can't run Offer Wall offers, because an offer link redirects to another website and those platforms refuse that.

How to choose

  • People are already searching for what you sell: Google Search or Microsoft Search. You pay only when someone clicks, and you choose the keywords.
  • You want a lot of volume at a low price: Pop-under V2, Push, Native, Display or Video on PPCmate's network. These have no budget minimum and the full set of controls: pacing, day-parting, frequency caps, inventory and quality lists, audiences, Bidding Goals and AI Optimization.
  • Your offer sells on a picture: Facebook, Instagram, Google Display or Google Demand Gen.
  • You have conversion tracking and want Google to find buyers for you: Google PMax (it requires conversion tracking).
  • Your offer answers a question people ask ChatGPT: ChatGPT Ads.

Good to know about Google, Microsoft, Meta and ChatGPT campaigns

  • You set a fixed max CPC, or a Google bid strategy on Search, Demand Gen and PMax. Smart bidding, pacing and the other network-only settings don't appear on these formats.
  • Each campaign runs one ad, built from one approved creative of that format. Facebook and Instagram are separate campaigns.
  • The platform reviews your ad after PPCmate approves it, usually within a few hours.
  • Ads in restricted categories (such as crypto, gambling, adult content, weapons, prescription drugs and risky financial products) and links that redirect to another website aren't sent.
  • The Cost shown on these campaigns is what you pay, including the PPCmate service fee.
