Two dedicated YouTube formats are on their way to PPCmate X:
- YouTube Video Ads: a skippable video before and beside YouTube videos, and in YouTube feeds. You'll need a 16:9 video, a headline and a logo.
- YouTube Shorts Ads: a vertical 9:16 video between YouTube Shorts. You'll need a 9:16 video, a headline and a logo.
They aren't available to start yet, so you won't see them under Campaigns → New Campaign for now. We'll update this article when they open.
Reach YouTube today with Google Demand Gen
You don't have to wait to advertise on YouTube. Google Demand Gen campaigns already run on YouTube (feed and search, in-stream and Shorts), Gmail and Discover. Paste a YouTube link in the Demand Gen creative and the ad runs as a video ad. Under Where ads show you can switch Gmail and Discover off to keep the campaign on YouTube. Google PMax also includes YouTube, alongside Search, Display, Gmail, Discover and Maps.
